[Genuine question] Do you guys really believe Bitcoin can replace actual money and people can use it in their every day life?

From what I saw from the apparition of BTC, it went from 0$ to 12k$+, and that's a huge gap. Technically someone can buy a pizza for a 10th of BTC one day and and the next day that 10th of a btc is enough to buy an entire oven. Someone else can receive a payment of a 10th of a btc today and the next day that 10th of a btc is just enough to buy a pizza.
Is there something I'm comprehending? Because due to the way the coin works and fluctuates it doesn't seem like an alternative for the current money. Please leave aside all of the government/bank based euphoria that I have been seeing here lately, fiat this, fiat that....
Can you legitimately go from fiat based life to btc based life and all the implications it brings?
Can BTC transition from its aficionados to the common folks and be accepted as a currency?

Can bitcoin really replace fiat money? I am not sure it can save the world from financial crisis and wars, while fiat can.

In 1971 US government decided to stop dollar’s dependence on gold. Since then it helps printing money and save the world from economic crisis and wars. If fiat money disappears and bitcoin will be the world money, how the crisis and wars will be prevented? Personally I think if not printing money and not adjusting the interest rates, bitcoin price will mostly compete with gold as a store of value, and possibly with banks to take some of their role.
Also bitcoin is too volatile at least now, people prefer to keep it expecting for the next bull runs.
To make bitcoin the world money the government/central bank system should be totally changed: instead of economies pushed by consumption some other incentives should come. I am not saying it will never happen but by now I do not see any solution.

If bitcoin can not stop both "tax" & "inflation" then bitcoin can not replace fiat money. Debate Me!!

Tax is theft. This form a theft is only successful because most citizen are either not able to comprehend that taxation is theft; or that most people know Tax is theft but do not care to fight for what is being stolen from them. The same is true with "inflation". The erosion of purchasing power by the never ending growth of debt and its unbalancing increase of the supply of money is by design undistinguishable from stealing.
